We want to protect the athlete, in everything that we do, we want to protect them from getting injured in the sport, on the court and in the weight room. Especially at the youth level, high school level, we need to teach them proper mobility, proper stability and proper functional movement patterns and so after they move well, we can start to load them. In our programs, we incorporate some type of linear speed, some type of reactive agility, some type of change of direction and last but not least we want our athletes to thrive in everything that they do.
We want them to thrive on our strength program, we want them to thrive in the game of basketball but also we want to use our program to teach them good character values, good life lessons.
